ARMEN KARAOGHLANIAN   |   Director

Armen is the founder of Interiors, the first-of-its-kind film and architecture publication, and Armenian Film Society, an organization that has been devoted to shining a spotlight on Armenian films and filmmakers. Armen currently serves as the Creative Director of Phonexa, an all-in-one marketing platform for businesses. A graduate of the University of Southern California’s School of Cinematic Arts, Armen has an extensive background in writing, marketing and film, and has had his work published on ArchDaily, Business Insider, Complex, Fast Company, Hypebeast, Filmmaker Magazine, Smithsonian Magazine and The Verge. In 2015, he produced the feature film Small Fish, starring Mike Starr (Goodfellas). Armen’s first book with Interiors is due to be published in 2020. Last year, he joined the Board of Directors of Glendale Arts, which operates the Alex Theatre. Armen and his wife, Mary, have enjoyed serving as docents on TGHS home tours.
