Bios
Scott Halloran, a native New Yorker, after brief stints at University and the Service, departed for California to pursue his dream. Having taken all the prerequisites (voice, dance, guitar, horseback riding, and acting, culminating in doing a couple of plays and a movie), ultimately, it didn’t work out. So, after a three-month backpacking trip through Europe, he returned to re-enter the workforce as a purveyor of steel. He has been a supporter of TGHS., Glendale Arts, Brand Associates, Friends of the Glendale Library, Project Angel Food, Habitat for Humanity, ASF, and The Center in Hollywood.
Peter Rusch grew up and has lived in Glendale most of his life. He studied Pre-Med at USC and was a medic at Madigan General Hospital in Washington during a stint in the Army. He worked in his father’s toy business and became an importer and catalogue designer during his career, making over 65 trips throughout Asia. In retirement, he co-directed an after-school program at Benjamin Franklin Elementary, supported Brand Associates, volunteers for the Trail Safety Patrol, and is curator of the Doctors House Museum. He served on the TGHS Board in 2009 and has been an active member since.
