Join us for the Regional Restoration Expo — a free, one-day celebration of historic preservation, craftsmanship, and the communities built around both. Set on the grounds of the historic Blinn House in Pasadena, this public event brings together homeowners, architects, craftspeople, and preservation enthusiasts from across the region.

Whether you’re deep into a restoration project, just starting to think about one, or simply passionate about the places that give our neighborhoods their character, this day was made for you.

Highlights

  • Curated Exhibitors: Approximately 40–50 carefully selected restoration specialists, artisans, heritage material suppliers, and preservation services.

  • Expert Speaker Series: Talks from historians, architects, craftspeople, and preservation advocates — including Adrian Scott Fine, President & CEO of the Los Angeles Conservancy — offering knowledge and perspective you can put to use.

  • “What’s It Worth?” Live Valuations: Presented by John Moran Auctioneers, this one-of-a-kind experience invites you to bring a piece of family history — a painting, a piece of furniture, a mystery heirloom — and have real experts weigh in on the spot.
